I have instructions on how to request the certificate from a Windows 2000 CA

but not from the 2003 CA server.

The 2000 CA instructions involve requesting a server authentication
certificate. This is not an option on a 2003 CA server. Does anyone know the
trick to getting this done?Depends on the OS version - if it's Enterprise, you can find
some differences which are outlined in the Create a Server
Certificate section of this article - configuring for a
different product but the same issues:
