I have designed a few reports in VS2005 with multi-parameter controls. When I
view these reports in VS they look fine, however once deployed and viewed in
the webbrowser (MS Internet Explorer) the drop-down boxes are too small (or
the font size is too big).
Is there a way to adjust (resize) the control boxes so you can make them
larger so it's easier for people to actually read where they can choose
between?
thanks,

As far as I know, there is not. This has been a common request on this
news group. Hopefully, this will be addressed in SSRS 2008. Otherwise,
you could try to inject CSS; however, I think that styling is only
allowed at the Report Manager page and report border level (though I'm
not sure). Sorry that I could not be of greater assistance.

It doesn't appear that my last reply posted; so, here it goes again.
As far as I know, this not possible. It has been a common request in
this newsgroup. Hopefully, a resolution for this will be provided in
SSRS 2008. The only other thing I can think of is to try and inject or
reference a CSS/stylesheet (but, I think this is limited to styling
the Report Mgr page, etc). Sorry that I could not be of greater
assistance.

Resetting Page numbers on each Group
Hi
I have designed a report on Invoice details and grouped by Invoice Numbers
and also applied page break on this group. I need to reset page numbers on
each Invoice number.
Is this possible?
Anyone know how to do this?
I am using SQL Server 2000 Reporting Services.
Thnx
DimpuHi Dimpu,
Not supported in RS 2000, but there is a workaround using a little code
- check out Chris Hay's RS Sleazy Hacks BLOG entry at

It works great!

Reposting: Expand All / Collapse All feature
1. Is there a way to Expand All nodes or Collapse All Nodes in a drill-down
report designed with RS ? I find it annoying to click every + sign to open
all nodes. Maybe, there is an easier way that I do not know.
2. When the same drill-down report is partially expanded and I export the
report as-it-is to Excel, the exported file has only the partial
data.....only the data that was expanded. The other data is never exported.
What can I do to resolve this ?
Please respond.Yes, you can do this.
Step 1) Create a textbox outside of your table/matrix. Give it a name, e.g.
Toggler. Step 2) Highlight the row you want to hide/show. Set its Visibility
Hidden property to False, and use the textbox you created at Step 1 as the
ToggleItem property.

highlight the whole group by clicking on the left hand tab) rather cell
level, when you export to Excel you'll get full outlining/grouping for
ALL data regardless of how the report is currently 'expanded'. (This
only works with SP1).
