resize the multi select drop down

I need to resize (increase the width of) the multi select drop down box in report manager. Has anyone had any luck doing this? The width is not configurable. This is a suggestion I have seen several times and it is under consideration for future versions of the Reporting Services product.

Below is a script that will drop all objects. If the database is not large

Just a thought here, but another way, if you're doing this often, might be to
make a backup of the empty database and restore it as needed or to make a
backup of the database files while the database is empty and detach/attach as
needed - though that second option doesn't sound nearly as fast as just about
any of the others but it, like the first option here, would give you clean
log files and database files.

I can't speak for John but I have had large SQL 2000 databases where I found
it considerably faster to drop all objects rather than dropping and
recreating the entire database. However, in the SQL 2005 world, the
database drop/create method is very fast thanks to instant file
initialization.
Hope this helps.

Resetting DB

Hi
Is there an easy way to drop all object of a db so it is as new? Just so I
can run a script to recreate the objects.
Thanks
RegardsHello,
In the Generate SQL Script, Script all objects with drop objects. While
executing the script on the database will drop and recreate all objects.
FYI, This will clear off all
the data, so if you need data please backup the database.
Thanks

Thanks

Below is a script that will drop all objects. If the database is not large
or you are using SQL 2005, you might find it easy to simply drop and
recreate the database.

Re-publishing and metadata deletion

I need to drop a few publications because they are located on the wrong hard
drive on the server. Before I republish these databases can I delete the
metadata tables? I would assume that if the publication is dropped then the
metadata tables become meaningless, is this correct? Which tables exactly can
I delete? I believe msmerge_contents and tombstone can be deleted, any others?
Thanks,
Pete
Can anyone help me?
Another problem, I am trying to delete a few subscriptions from a server so
that I can resubscribe the databases to the new publications but I keep
getting the error below. I have already dropped the publications and
recreated them in the new location, and the new subscriptions will not
synchronize, the error is "The process could not drop one or more tables
because the tables are being used".
The error I get when trying to delete the old subscriptions is:
"Error 14274: Cannot add, update, or delete a job (or its steps or
schedules) that originated from a MSX server. The subscription could not be
dropped at this time."
I have no idea what a MSX server is.
Please help,
Pete

Repost: Installation trouble

Removed the previous version and tried installing the new trial - was able
to see reports in visual but not in reportmanager. So now I tried to drop it
all including all iis-catalogues and installed it from scratch again.
No luck...
My goal is just to get it running to see reports - not to get it running
with the right security settings...so in IIS i changed reports and
reportserver to anonymous access and then stopped and started iis and
reportserver service.
But when activating reportmanager it keeps on saying:
unable to finde script library
'/aspnet_client/system_web/1_1_4322/webuivalidation.js - try placing this
file manually or reinstall by running 'aspnet_regiis -c'
tried running to above and tried aspnet_regiis -i - no luck.
Have an xp operating system - is there a platform limitation for the trial
version ?
Is it related to my IIS-settings ? It shouldn't try to get the file above
when using anonymous access. I have had the previous version to function.
--MichaelNo hints ?
When using reportmanager I can do nothing in there - tried to make a
datasource but nothing happens when trying to save it. When switching from
one tab to another the error below pops up...
